How to set up

1. Open Webhooks

   In the Alocis dashboard, go to Settings → Webhooks and click Create Webhook.

2. Select products

   Choose the products you want to monitor. You will only receive notifications for the selected products.

3. Enter the destination URL

   Enter the HTTPS URL that will receive notifications. If you are not sure which URL to use, check the docs or support for the platform you are integrating.

4. Choose events

   Select which events you want to track, such as approved payments, canceled subscriptions, or abandoned carts.

5. Test the integration

   Before saving, Alocis sends a test notification to verify your URL works. Your server must respond with HTTP status 2xx within 10 seconds.

URL requirements

• The URL must be HTTPS, public, and have a valid SSL/TLS certificate.
• Local and private addresses are not accepted.
• When you change the URL, you must run a new test with a 2xx response.

Security

Because your URL is public, validate the security token on every notification to confirm the message came from Alocis.

Important: the test notification (endpoint.test) expires after 10 seconds. For real events, each attempt times out after 30 seconds.
